Waltz Co-Hosts Bipartisan Roundtable on the Chinese Communist Party’s Human Rights Abuses and Movement to Boycott the Beijing Olympics

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Congressman Michael Waltz (R-FL-6) co-hosted a bipartisan roundtable with Congressmen Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA-14) and Tom Malinowski (D- NJ-7), and were joined by former U.S. Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, former U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley, and various human rights organizations. During the roundtable they discussed the ongoing movement to boycott the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and human rights abuses being carried out by the Chinese Communist Party against the Uighurs, Tibetans, Hong Kong, and other groups.
